Resources for High School Students

Greene County Schools is committed to providing high-quality instructional resources and activities for our students during the time we are away from school.  We will continue adding to these resources as needed.  In Greene County, we believe reading is one of the most important activities students can engage in during the school closure and we strongly encourage students to read as much as possible while we are out of school.  We encourage parents and students to establish a schedule that allows time for academic work each day such as reading, packet work, or online work, but we also encourage physical activity and other non-academic pursuits that will assist students during their time at home. In order to ensure Greene County Schools students have access to learning materials during our school closure, our district's educators as well as our neighboring school districts have assembled numerous high-quality resources that support our curriculum goals. We are encouraging parents to designate a time each day for their child to continue learning and practice with the assignments provided and resources assembled. We want our children and families to be safe and we want to ensure our parents have instructional resources to support your child's learning opportunities while at home. We encourage every family to take measures to stay healthy. Teachers will be in contact via email, phone calls, Canvas, Google classroom and other methods in addition to providing resources on this site.
